We’re looking for a motivated Technical Sourcer to support our global recruiting operations.In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients within Tech, from Enterprise to Early-Stage Startups. You will also gain global recruiting experience with opportunities to work in the EU, US, LATAM, and Asian markets.This is a part-time, remote role.The candidate is ideally based in Latin America.Please submit English CV to be considered.What you will be doingSource passive candidates from LinkedIn, job boards, and external talent pools of developers, marketers, designers, product managers, project managers, and C-suite executives.Work closely with the recruiting and sales teams to deeply understand role requirements and effectively suggest candidates for clients’ open positions.Track and report information regarding candidate pipelines and recruiting funnel metrics.Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensure the ATS is properly updated and accurate.Screen and interview applicants for job requirements, including conducting 1:1 conversations in English.Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact recruiting operations.Use tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Calendly, Slack, Zoom, and any others you are interested in to boost your productivity.We hope you have3+ years of experience with in-house technical recruiting team, search firm, or agencyStrong verbal and written English skillsExperience in sourcing for technical and non-technical roles, ranging from recruiting software developers to marketers, designers, product managers, project managers, and C-suite executives.Experience with sourcing and CRM tools such as HireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hubspot, etc.Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong EQ, and a fast-learnerAbility to multitask and handle a fast-paced environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamBonus points if you haveExperience working in tech startups or high growth companiesExperience working in a multi-cultural and remote team
