SUPERVISOR DE VENDAS EXTERNAS - TON STONE
Main Activities:
Manage a team of external sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
