**In this position you will be responsible for**:
- Monitor and manage the sales performance of rental car companies, identifying opportunities to boost revenue and market share.
- Continuously analyze the car rental market to uncover new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Analyze partners' products, services, and pricing across channels, implementing actions to improve our competitiveness.
- Oversee partner performance metrics, including availability, WS performance, Quality Reviews, complaint resolution, financial status, and commission payments.
- Provide partners with performance reports and insights to support joint strategies and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Growth) to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage partner integration processes, including expansion, support, and registration of new locations or categories, No-Results.
- Analyze market indicators and prepare high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
**What we expect from you (experience, hard and soft skills)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B commercial relationships, preferably within the travel or car rental industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) - and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of proactivity, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities.
