You'll collaborate closely with infrastructure, administration, and application development teams to assess risks, implement compliance initiatives, and support regulatory assessments. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive compliance efforts across a Fortune 500 company while gaining exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and monitor compliance with D&IS policies and procedures.Provide training and guidance to D&IS staff on governance, security, and control best practices.Collaborate with D&IS teams, Internal Audit, and business partners to ensure strong internal controls.Maintain and enhance compliance processes for SOX, PCI, CMMC, Privacy, and other regulatory frameworks.Conduct IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments to identify gaps and improve process design.Establish a proactive risk identification process by monitoring the D&IS control environment for emerging threats.Track, analyze, and drive remediation efforts for D&IS control deficiencies.Provide audit support for internal and external auditors.Build strong relationships with D&IS business partners, leadership, and Internal Audit stakeholders.Administer and support IGA and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies across various teams.Review Service Organization Controls (SOC) reports from third-party vendors.Desired CompetenciesAssertiveness – You take initiative, confidently communicate compliance requirements, and advocate for strong governance in a collaborative manner.Self-Management – You are highly organized, can prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently to drive compliance initiatives forward.Strong Documentation Skills – You have an eye for detail and can create clear, thorough documentation to support policies, procedures, and audit requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field2+ years of experience in IT audit, compliance, enterprise risk management, or governance.Experience with Active Directory, Windows Servers, IBM OS/400, Microsoft SQL Server, ServiceNow, and SailPoint IdentityIQ.Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and auditing both internally and vendor-supported software.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously.Experience working in a global, multi-cultural organization is a plus.Working ConditionsRemote work environment with flexibility.Occasional travel may be required.The pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
