Determine the most appropriate means of transport, identify opportunities for new markets, participate in the closing of international purchase and sale contracts, monitor orders and manage contracts, negotiate with suppliers and customers.Responsibilities and assignmentsImport and Export Management:Plan and execute import and export processes, including customs clearance, tax classification and special regimes.Manage documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and certificates of origin.Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and government agencies.Regulation and Compliance:Ensure compliance with customs legislation and international foreign trade standards.Monitor changes in tax and customs regimes, suggesting adjustments to the company’s processes.Operations Planning and Control:Control shipments, deadlines, logistics costs and carry out national and international freight quotes.Monitor KPIs, evaluate international transport contracts and negotiate with suppliers.Control payments of fees, taxes and services, ensuring compliance with regulations.Requirements and qualificationsAcademic Background:Completed higher education in Foreign Trade, Administration, International Relations, Logistics or related areas.Technical Knowledge:Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes (e.g. Drawback, RECOF) and tax classification (NCM).Knowledge of Incoterms and foreign trade documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, certificates of origin).Experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and control of import/export processes.Language Skills:Advanced English (mandatory).Intermediate or advanced Spanish (differential).Analytical and Technical Skills:Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).Ability to analyze KPIs and identify process improvements.Behavioral Profile:Proactivity, organization and attention to detail.Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.Teamwork and deadline management under pressure.Additional informationLocation of work (availability to move to the city/region is required):Araçatuba-SP.Benefits Offered:Food or Meal Voucher;Unimed Health Plan (Family);Odontoprev Dental Plan (Family);Life insurance;Wellhub (Gympass) partnership;Daycare Assistance;Health and Wellness Program;Corporate University.Process stagesStep 1: RegistrationStep 2: Behavioral MappingStep 3: HR InterviewStep 4: Interview with ManagerStep 5: Hiring
