Our Amazon DSP team is looking for an experienced Advertising Product Consultant to join Amazon Advertising's growing team based in Brazil.
Job Description
As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant (PSC) in charge of DSP, you will manage the end-to-end experience of our enterprise agency and advertiser clients, driving expertise in programmatic advertising and the Amazon DSP. You will work closely with internal support teams to address customer needs and act as the voice of the customer to drive product enhancements.
You will be passionate about understanding customer objectives and finding solutions via training, product deep dives, and adopting Amazon technologies. Your ownership, curiosity, and industry knowledge will allow you to comprehensively understand our offerings and speak to customers, including traders and product managers, in their local language.
Your customer obsession and ability to drive the right solution will make you successful in this role. You will be involved in both customer-facing interactions and internal stakeholder teams.
Requirements
* 2+ years of programmatic advertising experience
* Experience with Excel
* Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
* Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization
* Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
