building relationship with new customersProspect and Identify the commercial opportunities to Negotiate, Book, Improve and Monitor the customer's portfolio;Sell the Group Products and Services and advise customers on specific transport modalities (Reefer, Out of Gauge…) in compliance with the pricing policy;Control BID Agreements and Negotiation among all departments;Follow up the Budget and provide Forecast on weekly basis to direct the efforts whenever necessary;Present to the Manager the visits planning during the commercial meeting held weekly and insert in CRM the same information;Perform commercial visits and produce the visit reports inside CRM;Contact by phone and email customers for spot business, exceptions and lines campaigns;Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network within her/his commercial area;Send to Sales Support all quotation requests;Follow up customer's feedback on quotation and update the manager and sales support;Present an action plan to achieve the goals with details of prospects and potential customers for conversionReceive and follow up the Lost Business report from sales support and take necessary actions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide first-class service to further increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Expected Results: To develop business in order to achieve and increase results.Customer RelationshipAssist finance team on solving disputes, whenever required;Closely follow up the portfolio managed, maintaining a good relationship with the customers through regular visits and phone calls;Plan and conduct commercial visit according to the commercial action plan and produce visit report along with customer follow upEnsure follow up on her/his customers portfolio payment and contribute to recover unpaid debt identified as a priority by finance departmentManage communication on service failures;Analyze and take actions on the Customer Performance Statistics and provide alternatives to achieve budget;Expected Results: To guarantee a good relationship with Customers to ensure their retention and loyalty.Communication and alignment with internal departments about customers' needsContinuous alignment with Sales Support Department to guarantee quotations are duly provided;Continuous alignment with Customer Service in order to ensure they are properly attending customers' needs;Expected Results: To guarantee a good relationship and alignment with internal departments in order to better attend customer's needs.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Degree: Degree required in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade and relatedIT and System Requirements: Good level of Microsoft Office and expertise level of internal systems required.Language: English (Advanced)Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience Working with Sales/Shipping Market/Transport & LogisticsAll positions are affirmative for the PwD public.Join Us!
