LivaNova is hiring a Commercial Excellence Manager - Latam to join the Team.
The ideal person will provide support to the commercial organization and functional leaders in the LATAM region through establishing a strong LBS (LivaNova Business System) culture in all levels of the organization.
In this role, he/she will ensure a strong CRM implementation across the region and contribute to consistently support a culture of continuous improvement, with an eye on reaching optimum performance of our commercial organization to deliver growth.
He/she will act as business partner to the business leaders of the different regions and departments in designing, planning and implementing commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximize business impact in all business units across the country.

Role purpose and key responsibilities- Implementation and use of LBS (LivaNova business system)- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency- Supports the local commercial teams with price analysis- Sales Force Effectiveness & Training: Collaborate on sales effectiveness priorities and initiatives to ensure the commercial engine/system is producing the greatest results for the region- Coordinates coaching training & implementation- Establish and maintain performance dashboards in commercial for the region- Deliver clear guidance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to the region for all businesses.
Interface with the Commercial, Marketing and IT teams in relation to CRM design, roll out and maintenance
Requirements and qualifications you will need to be successful- Education: University degree in Business Management or related.
Data analysis, project management background, MBA are preferred.- Trilingual: English, Portuguese, and Spanish.- Experience: 10 years in pharma or med devices companies is desirable.
But we will also consider highly regulated industries such as automotive and aerospace.- Relevant sales experience (Manager level preferred)- Previous Commercial Excellence or related roles- LATAM relevant experience is a MUST
