**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze demand, verify LATAM stock availability and create material requisitions if needed.
- Verify requested dates and plan supply chain to meet the demand and customer request.
- Check the backlog of purchase orders to identify inconsistent arrival date and take actions to improve it.
- Ensure planning parameters on the ERP: safety stock, minimum order quantity, purchase delivery time.
- Create inventory actions and support the execution, ensuring corporate goals: ITO and inventory level.
- Maintain inventory forecast accuracy and make aware of impacts.
- Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
- Verify material and exposure caused by the order cancelling, demand fluctuate, or product obsolescence.
- Control the E&O process, analyze impacts and define the write off plan.
- Create and execute a plan to achieve the KPI's.
- Search for process improvements and automate routine activities.
- Optimize the dashboards and the inventory database.Organize meetings and follow up measures with the main owners from other areas to ensure the achievement of inventory targets.
- **Requirements**:
- Experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
- Experience in ERP ORACLE/SAP.
- Advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in VBA macro and Power Query.Spanish is a differential.
**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**
- Degree in engineering, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred.
