**What will you do**
- Promote the growth of Stryker by partnering with local sales, marketing & MPS team members across the glove actively identifying potential sales leads.
- MAKO product expert to support local MAKO launch.
- MAKO clinical expert and provide product clinical support and guidance to customers.
- Deliver on label instructions of Mako’s surgical technique steps, including intercurrence solving for surgeons, nurses and scrub techs.
- Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the company's Robotic Arm, assists surgeon in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning.
- Serve as a backup to support case coverage in the region.
- Support the development and execution of the sales plan with an objective to increase procedure volume with current and potential surgeons.
- Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products, and build strong, positive relationships with key surgeons and staff at Stryker Brasil accounts.
- Support regional managment of scheduled surgeries in conjunction with hospital and surgeons.
- Support the development of regional MAKO KOL’s and clinical experts
- Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences. Provide potential customers with opportunity to experience product in use and explain its clinical value.
- Serve as a reference for new MPS’s in the field as well as internal process when need.
**What will you need**
- Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or clinical field of study;
- Previous experience in the hospital and surgical environment;
- Advanced English;
- Able to develop and deliver training and education programs;
- Highly experienced in clinical and surgical support, comfortable in Operating Room environment and guidance of surgeons and clinical staff;
- Computer Basics Knowledge (Systems and Microsoft Office);
- Knowledge in Orthopedics is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Availability to travel and flexible hours;
- Preferably based in Criciúma or Florianópolis.
