Education:
* Degree
* Graduated or higher
o To be considered, you must have provided evidence of experience gained working with HR sub-processes such as Recruitment & Onboarding during the past 5 years OR Participated in an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central;
o Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR process in SAP SuccessFactors
o Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences when assessing processes
o Being hands-on and a good Team player
o Able to take the initiative, demonstrate confidence in your own abilities, adapt well and work in a structured way
o Identify risks regarding the functional solution from a Business Analysis perspective and proposes changes in business processes, IT implementations and/or operations when necessary.
o Able to propose solutions to problems/risks
