Direct interaction with the Shared Services Center team in Colombia (GBS RTR, ITC, and PTP), assisting in maintaining local accounting records in compliance with current legislation.
Analyze accounting information and prepare reports (specific and occasional) with insights, explanations, and/or interpretations of results and variations occurring in the period to support the company's decision-making process.
Experience in calculating various accounting provisions (E&O, Bad Debts, etc.).
Preparation of Budgets and Forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
Support HR with payroll analysis and other personnel demands.
Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Understanding of tax legislation (Direct and Indirect).
What Makes You Stand Out Degree in Accounting (active CRC - CPA) Intermediate or advanced English Basic / Intermediate Spanish Your Background Proven work experience in Finance area or controller proceses Experience with Totvs Protheus system.
Advanced Excel skills (using advanced formulas).
Strong knowledge of fiscal accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
Knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (USGAAP).
Excellent analytical skills to manage large volumes of data.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize work.
