Alcoa is seeking a Senior Contracts and Services Analyst to join our team at the Juruti – /PA unit. You will be responsible for supporting the contracts coordinator in managing the technical aspects of contracts with Alcoa and its suppliers.
Main responsibilities include:
* Support the contracts coordinator in managing all areas (mobilization, amendments, claims, subcontracting, measurement, documentation, etc.)
* Ensure suppliers submit contractual documentation in a timely manner for contract control; ensure the team verifies the documentation and provides comments within the contractual timeframe;
* Ensure an action plan is in place with suppliers for delays or non-compliance with contractual requirements;
* Facilitate the maturity of financial planning of contracts through scope management with suppliers and support the contracts coordinator in strategic actions with claims and penalties;
* Control contract amendments and purchase orders with Alcoa for CapEx project portfolios;
* Evaluate suppliers together with project leaders; update and monitor supplier KPIs.
What you can offer for the role:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related areas;
* Proficiency in Office Suite;
* Proven experience in contract management and technical documentation;
* Technical knowledge in contract management processes and project management principles;
* Valid driver's license (category B) for at least 2 years (no permits allowed);
* Intermediate English (desirable);
* Positive attitude, teamwork, self-confidence, conflict resolution, resilience, adaptability, and communication; excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Must reside in Juruti/PA (remote area).
