The role involves coordinating asset production, managing communication schedules, and analyzing performance to enhance player engagement.If you are a driven person who wants to contribute to the gaming industry, we’d love to work with you!Make sure to share your CV in English.Exclusivity contract required.Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and coordinate the creation of communications for Free Fire, ensuring clear and engaging messaging.Manage the creation and approval of communication assets, coordinating with designers and creative teams.Write and proofread copy, ensuring consistency with the game's tone and regional preferences.Align messaging with marketing campaigns, game updates, and major events.Track and analyze the performance of in-game communications, providing insights for optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product, and operations) to ensure message consistency.Design and implement A/B tests for messaging formats and content variations.Collect and incorporate player feedback to improve communication strategies.Coordinate with influencers and community managers to amplify key messaging and drive organic reach.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for in-game messaging and engagement.Ensure all communications comply with copyright, legal, and brand guidelines.Develop and document best practices for communications to improve efficiency and maintain consistency.Main job requirements:Education: Completed higher education in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields;Experience: Solid experience working with communications, content management, community management, social media, marketing, or similar roles, preferably in the gaming industry or entertainment.
