- Maintain contacts**:externally** with labor consultants, lawyers, employers' associations, labor union and professional organizations; **internally** with HR Global Operations Team, local HR, country and plant managers / managing directors and plant management teams, Employee Representatives
**Responsibilities**:
- Direct HR standardization within area of responsibility in close cooperation with HR Global Operations Leadership Team
- Maintain a strong network with country / plant managers and within HR Operations community, ensure a strong relationship to partners in the business, understand business needs and strategies and improve HR customer support
- Ensure compliance with company standards, assure uniform interpretation of personnel management policy & principles
- Manage and foster following the best practice approach to standardize HR processes and HR reporting to meet the organizations needs in close cooperation with HR Global Operations Leadership Team and coordinate with local operations
- Direct HR budget process in field of responsibility including carrying out the ongoing budget control incl.
approval of recruitments
- Act as active driver for the best practice approach and promote change processes within HR community
- Provide consultancy & advice to local HR organization and Country / Plant Management
- Oversee that applicable labor and social laws and guidelines of the Group's HR policy and company standards are properly complied with.
- Act as focal point for initiatives being designed and launched by PMO, HR Strategy & CC, lead, direct and control the roll-out of central initiatives and systems
- Oversee all HR core processes: recruitment, merit process and talent review to ensure business support in succession planning, career management and development of high performing staff
