This role involves working closely with operational teams, leadership, and executives to understand current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient and effective processes into our BPMS tool that align with our strategic goals.Process Mapping, Modeling, and Implementation: Identify, document, model and implement processes using BPMN or other recognized methodologies;Analysis and Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs;Process Automation: Implement automations using BPM tools (such as Zeev, Bizagi, Pipefy, or similar), integrating existing systems;Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with leadership and operational teams to align processes with organizational objectives.RequirementsSolid experience in process modeling, analysis, and implementation;Advanced knowledge of BPM tools (Zeev, Bizagi, Signavio, Camunda, Pipefy, or equivalent);Ability to design processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation);Ability to lead interdepartmental initiatives and manage stakeholders;Strong analytical skills to identify complex problems and propose practical solutions;Proficiency in written and verbal communication (interaction between different hierarchical levels);Certification in BPMN or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher);Experience in process automation;Experience in integrating systems via APIs or similar tools;Previous experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects;Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Benefits and Azion Way of LifeCLT hiring model;Health and dental plan;Flexible VR and VA (Flash Card), including during vacation periods;Transport voucher without payroll deduction;Mobility allowance (additional amount for travel);Freestyle (incentive to customize the workstation);Platform for language courses (English and Spanish);Stock options (according to policy);Birthday day off;TotalPass;Flexible working hours (really flexible);Nomad program to work from anywhere for up to 3 months a year;Annual international exchange program.FlexWork ModelWe offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration.
