Please note:This is an onsite role based in São Paulo, Brazil (not remote)This is an Analyst position, not an Engineering roleThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills to manage data integrations for our clients.If you are based in São Paulo and meet the qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!About the Role: As a Data Integration Analyst, you will leverage technical skills, analytical insights, and business acumen to ensure accurate and complete data integration from each client. You will play a key role in helping new and existing customers optimize data performance and lead the charge in processing data for large-scale eCommerce merchants.Our clients come in various sizes and industries, utilizing different technical platforms, each with unique data concerns and order flows. This role requires scoping, implementing, validating, and monitoring data integrations from both technical and business perspectives.Your Responsibilities: Performing due diligence on merchant websites, business models, and data flows.Generating tailored data templates (JSON, CSV) to guide developers and data teams in building high-quality API and offline integrations.Writing SQL queries and scripts to test, validate, and detect data issues in API calls within sandbox and production environments.Combining technical, business, and analytical insights to develop customized onboarding solutions.Engaging with customers and client-facing teams to ensure smooth data integration.Maintaining a merchant data configuration layer, including automated data tagging, transformation, and filtering.Identifying, researching, and resolving system-wide data issues.Supporting cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Data Science, Integrations Engineering, Account Management, and Sales.Contributing to process improvement, tooling enhancements, and documentation updates.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a data-centric role (Data Integration, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Consulting).3+ years of experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple open tasks while keeping business context in mind.Bonus: Experience with data wrangling tools (Python, R, or similar technologies).Seniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: ContractJob Function: Analyst, Consulting, and EngineeringIndustries: Software Development, IT System Custom Software Development, and IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
