Key Responsibilities

o Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and methodologies.
o Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
o Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
o Monitoring leads, sales, and customer engagements.
2. Leadership and Team Management:
o Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team of sales representatives across various regions in Brazil.
o Demonstrated ability to set clear sales targets, provide guidance and support, and track team performance effectively.
o Track record of successfully leading a direct sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Implemented strategies and initiatives that directly contributed to substantial sales growth.
3. Business Development Expertise and Strategic Planning:
o Ability to develop strategies for acquiring new business ventures to enhance company profitability.
4. Communication Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make compelling sales presentations and negotiate effectively.
5. Networking and Relationship Building:
o Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the glove industry.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
o Capability to conduct market research, identify potential clients, and analyze competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies.
