Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Transition Management Specialist to join our team at Ajd-Jll Corp Solutions,Bra. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Transition projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop and manage Transition plans that align with client expectations and goals
* Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Workstream leads to identify key tasks to Transition and ensure active participation during Transition
* Scope Management: Define and align Transition scope relative to contractual documents and escalate scope differences or change requests as needed
* Scheduling: Monitor progress toward the implementation date and escalate as required to stay on schedule
* Protocol Execution: Apply agreed-upon key protocols for the project, including communications and meetings
Key Performance Measures:
* Transition Scope: Ensure clarification of Transition scope before onset of project and identify/escalate changes to agreed Transition scope as needed
* Transition Schedule: Ensure schedule for agreed scope and budget is delivered within time planned
* Transition Budget: Control approach and scope to ensure cost of Transition is within agreed Transition budget
* Customer Satisfaction: Scores and comments reflect end-user satisfaction, and continuous improvement is encouraged
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
* Experience: 10-15 years of experience with project management, continuous improvement, and/or business partnering
* Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
* IFM Operational Experience: Strongly recommended
* Change Management Certification: Prosci or LaMarsh preferred
