Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the Belo Horizonte - MG office.
About the role:
* Responsible for managing projects concerning scope, costs, deadlines, safety, and quality. Monitor the issuance and updates of schedules, measurements, and ensure the billing of completed services. Engage with project stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development of technical and commercial proposals. Stay up to date with best practices and technologies applicable to the field, acting as a knowledge multiplier for other team members.
About you:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
* Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Project Management or related fields is a plus;
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
* Solid knowledge of best practices in Project Management;
* Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments where quality and delivery deadlines are critical for customer satisfaction;
* Experience in project-based companies, specifically in project management;
* Strong team leadership skills;
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from clients to the internal team;
* Advanced English.
