**Função**: Data & Analytics (CA)
**Título**: Staff Data Scientist - Indaiatuba/SP - 110892
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Participate in business partner meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to capture business objectives and prioritize opportunities.
- Identify best analytical techniques and establish frameworks that can be effectively applied to achieve business objectives and interpret next best action through data driven insights.
- Consume industry and academic research and identify techniques as needed that can further a capability or solve a business opportunity.
- Develop visualizations to allow business users (e.g.
channel partners, marketers, customer service professionals) to leverage the insights;
- Identify and retrieve structured and unstructured data from new or complex data sources;
- Explain analytics technique and usage in business terms, communicate value, drive adoption, and inspire action;
- Serve as technical lead on initiatives and review output of other data scientists on the team;
- Actively engage in Data & Analytics Leadership initiatives to build analytics capabilities and develop talent;
- Demonstrated commitment to team success through technical leadership and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
**Skills You Need**:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g statistics, data science, mathematics, economics, computer science);
- Broad range of distributional regression modeling, neural networks, machine learning, journey analytics, optimization engines, experimental design, complex hypothesis testing among others;
- Advanced English level is mandatory (written and verbal skills);
- Experience domains, being able to demonstrate the development of algorithms and predictive models to solve business issues;
- Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language; R or Python AND SQL;
- Experience with analytics/bigdata platforms and technologies such as DataBricks or Spark;
- Experience communicating complex, technical information to a non-technical audience.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS;
- Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) or User Experience (UX) data usage for insight generation and journey understanding;
- Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and financial products;
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve objectives;
- Proven ability to influence without authority;
- Experience working with Agile Project Teams, Scrum Teams or Product Teams;
- Master's degree in quantitative field preferred.
