Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Web Project Manager to oversee and optimize our B2B websites. This role will be responsible for managing website initiatives that support marketing and sales efforts, ensuring an optimal user experience, and driving MQL generation through effective CRO strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web project management, digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
How You’ll Contribute:
* Oversee the performance of multiple B2B websites, ensuring a seamless experience that maximizes conversion rates and form submissions.
* Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels on the website to maximize lead generation, upsell and cross-sell.
* Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize website elements, user experience and conversion rate.
* Monitor website performance using analytics tools (GA) and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
* Work closely with the marketing team to implement web strategies that support acquisition, lead nurturing, and upselling efforts.
* Manage website development projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams across multiple markets to ensure website consistency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in web project management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
* Strong understanding of CRO, lead generation strategies, and digital marketing.
* Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
* Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
* You’re fluent in English.
Location: we can hire remotely in Brazil/Colombia or Mexico.
