The Training and Quality (TnQ) Process team aims to drive collaboration, optimization, and synergy for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. Our team ensures the smooth operation flow of our processes, removes roadblocks, and ensures processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency for our TnQ teams.
What will I be doing?
- Lead and mentor a high performing team of Trust and Safety trainers who develop & deliver online as well as classroom training sessions covering process, product, policy, and new hire inductions;
- You are responsible for building training programs from scratch (from ideation, through planning, implementation, review, and outcomes analysis) including e-learning structure;
- Design and implement appropriate learning strategies for moderators;
- Coach and update the Training team on developments;
- Ensure a smooth communication with all stakeholders;
- Support the Quality and Policy teams with insights from the Trainings and share opportunities to improve both moderator & user experience;
- You will help your team in building the team to bridge knowledge gaps and develop skills;
- You will localize policy briefings to make them applicable and resonate with local teams;
- In collaboration with Global Training, maintaining oversight of all Training Projects and Initiatives, identifying potential risks or issues with project implementations, and proactively driving communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects;
- Fostering and maintaining a strong, healthy relationship with multiple stakeholders;
- Effectively linking training programs to results, including using business performance drivers, and the development of training focused metrics;
- Defining training delivery best practices and demonstrating long-term thinking;
- Innovating by driving continuous enhancements and operational efficiencies across all process areas. Linking process improvements back to business metrics.
What should I bring with me?
- You come with previous training experience with a focus on Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Policy in a tech or media environment;
- You possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor training content for different groups;
- Your language skills, English is mandatory - as we have a diverse team across multiple locations, the ability to speak a second (or third!) language would be advantageous;
- Solid work experience as a trainer;
- Leadership Skills: experience in team interactions and facilitation;
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills;
- Ability to prioritize and respond to cross-functional training needs;
- Outstanding interpersonal and cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence across various leadership levels;
- Analytical and fact-based decision maker;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations; can balance the need for quick turnaround with longer-term strategic efforts;
- Experience in delivering global projects and programs which positively impact operational performance metrics;
- Work experience in the area of using instructional design methodologies to produce instructor supported learning solutions;
