Main Responsibilities
* Managing E&C accounts in the oil and gas market, prospecting business opportunities for all Schneider divisions (products and solutions) across the country.
* Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
* Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
* Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
* Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Main Activities
* Grow main oil and gas/petrochemicals accounts (except for the Petrobras account).
* Account management and planning.
* Promote the entire Schneider portfolio and engage all business units in various customer opportunities.
* Commercial and strategic alignment with segment/commercial leaders.
* Define target prices and conduct commercial negotiations.
* Conduct customer visits and identify risks.
* Manage CRM tools, including pipeline management.
* Interface with back office (Tendering, Application, Execution, Legal, Risk, and Finance).
* Visualize and understand sustainability and applications of Schneider solutions covering this topic.
Requirements:
* Graduation in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
* More than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas market or petrochemicals.
* Extensive sales experience with a focus on E&C customers and the entire ecosystem.
* Clear overview knowledge about Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream.
* Technical knowledge in Software, Electrical Distribution, and Automation products and solutions.
* Digital and disruptive profile.
* Experience in CRM tool management.
* Advanced English (Spanish is desirable).
