Details of the role
Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for highly complex client account openings and product set up requests (including new, changing or expanding requirements). Work includes:
1. Implementing top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions
2. Delivering seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
3. Monitoring and evaluating product performance and client feedback to generate new product ideas and identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet client needs
4. Liaising with other areas of the bank to implement these changes
Your key responsibilities
5. Client Implementation Analyst is responsible for the client journey as end-to-end activation of Cash Management services for corporate clients.
6. The implementation of global cash management solutions such as Merchant Solutions, Instant Payments, Bulk Payments, Cross currency transactions, Cross-border payments, Single payments and receipts, Liquidity management services, Virtual accounts, Request to Pay and Host-to-host.
7. Responsible for end-to-end implementation the Client Implementation Analyst will liaise and work with implementation and service teams on all documentation that covers new/sub-account opening, account closure, account mandate updates, account amendments, as well as setup of services.
8. Coordinate end-to-end, UAT testing and go live for electronic banking/Host to Host/Integration with clients and internal stakeholders Manage implementation, maintenance and all other Product related documentation requirements including signature verification, digitized document archival.
9. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of required document package to onshore requestor with quality. Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflows concerning product documentation.
10. Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place. Distribute documents to another DB branches/department if needed. Escalate Technical / Product issues with respective L2 support teams Maintain functional & technical understanding of numerous back-end systems with the ability to identify and solve issues through data comparison.
Your skills and experiences
11. Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in client facing roles including implementations/Integrations or comparable experiences.
12. Language skills: fluency in Portuguese and English.
13. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
14. Project Management experience required.
15. Knowledge on ERP systems, Host-to-Host technologies, API's and various client access/digital channels will be an added advantage.
16. Previous experience in IT/Banking preferred.
17. Proven ability to drive a positive client experience.
18. Excellent attention to detail, quality, and compliance focus.
19. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, all in varying degrees of the implementation life cycle.
20. Excellent communication and written skills to executive leadership.
21. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
