**RTR Manager (CSC)**
**Discover the Opportunity**
The Record to Report Manager is a leader who will be part of the BSC Team - Business Service Center. He/She will lead 3 coordinators and the activities include oversee daily operations of Record to Report processes such as General Accounting, Intercompany, Tax and Treasury. Ensure completion of daily/weekly/monthly activities: Application and monitoring of SLAs, Internal Controls and Group Policies. Support year-end audit with external auditors. Budget and cost control related to the department. Management of KPI calculations and results follow up.
**Activities**:
**1.1. Functional and operational tasks**
- R2R Activities according SLA agreements.
- Quality assurance checks on processes performed
- Automation, standardization and digitalization of current process.
- Stablish Budget and management of department resources.
- Define action plans on identified necessities.
- Provide accounting support to staff and department
**1.2 Control - and Coordination tasks**
- Coordinate and supervise month end / year end closings with finance / treasury / tax representatives
- Year-end procedures, Internal and external audits coordination with finance team
**1.3 Leadership
- and Management tasks**
- Realization of the annual appraisal interviews, succession planning, development of all directly reporting team members
- Establish quality assurance procedures, directives and controls
- Review and update of procedures and agreements according to major changes in processes.
- Monitoring KPI’s and People KPI’s
- Monitoring deviations on targets, budgets and timeline implementations.
**Required knowledge and skills**:
Experienced professional with background on Service Center leadership, preferable related to RTR activities. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). To be based in Contagem. Leadership profile, people oriented, goals oriented, proactive, communicative, collaborative and innovative. Experience in change management and leading teams in different locations.
