**Policy Programs & Partnerships Manager, Brazil Responsibilities**:
- Lead cross-functional regional programs, supporting mid-term product and policy priorities
- Establish communication strategy to report progress and status with task forces and leads, including messaging and other external materials
- Build impactful relationships with internal and external partners across Latin America
- Increase scale and impact of existing programs to create industry leading experiences that directly connect with regional needs and opportunities
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field
- Experience working with policy, communications, marketing, legal, and creative teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally
- Experience managing large, complex programs within a cross-functional environment, spanning multiple groups within a complex organization
- Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Communications, International Relations, Law, or a related field
- Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and policy trends in Latin America
- Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese
