Position: Marketing Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote
Salary: USD $1,200 - $1,500 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage information across multiple platforms, including Notion and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Support various internal projects, assisting in workflow coordination and process improvement initiatives.
* Research industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and numerical data to inform business decisions.
* Generate reports and insights based on collected data to support operational strategies.
* Assist in customer success efforts by handling inquiries, providing high-level support, and maintaining clear communication with clients in English.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency.
* Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks, from data management to administrative support.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain structured documentation.
* Proficiency in Notion, spreadsheets, and other information management tools.
* Analytical mindset with experience in research, data gathering, and reporting.
* Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills for customer interactions.
* General experience within an agency environment is a plus.
* A background in marketing or graphic design is a plus.
