Position summary:Senior Financial Analyst will be a member of the Global team driving the design and implementation of the Ball Integrated Financial Planning System (BIPS) and other Finance Projects as deemed necessary.Key responsibilities include:Leveraging business experience in financial planning to support the Global project team in applying system knowledge to Ball's planning processes.Critically assessing existing financial planning practices in all regions and utilize business knowledge to help drive a consistent global approach.Participates in designing, implementation and testing of standard costing calculations within BIPS.Supporting the design and implementation of extended BIPS functionality through the remainder of the P&L, working proactively with the business units.Supporting the design of BIPS functionality for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting and integration with BIPS P&L functionality.Maintaining close links with key regional FP&A stakeholders (Directors/Managers) to ensure appropriate consideration around system connectivity in related planning environments (Commercial, Operational).Participating and contributing in trainings of all regions in BIPS implementation.What are we looking for?University degree in Finance.Job related experience for minimum 5 years in Financial Planning and Analyses team.Significant experience of global financial planning systems and processes especially Hyperion.Experience in working within a multicultural matrix organization and in manufacturing environment.Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP.Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
