Moving beyond traditional high-level awareness media like OOH or conversion-focused performance tactics, this role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of dynamic, authentic marketing strategies that leverage grassroots approaches to reach and engage our diverse Brazilian audiences organically. We're looking for a marketer who can bring low-cost, out-of-the-box ideas to life, tapping into the power of creators, Amazon partnerships, and other non-traditional levers.ABOUT YOU You will play a crucial role in amplifying brand awareness, fostering audience affinity, and driving measurable engagement. Your focus will be on supporting the creation and implementation of highly impactful campaigns that capture the Brazilian zeitgeist and elevate Audible's purpose of uplifting diverse voices and stories. As a Brand & Content Marketing Manager Brazil, you will:Support Brand & Content Marketing Director on the execution of innovative, non-traditional marketing campaigns that leverage grassroots, community-driven approaches to reach and engage target Brazilian audiences.Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and other functions to execute integrated, culturally-relevant strategies that build organic brand love and consideration among Brazilians.Assist in ensuring the Audible brand is consistently and powerfully represented across all Brazil marketing efforts, aligning with global initiatives while infusing unique local nuances.Serve as the bridge between the AoA team managing Amazon partnership opportunities (such as campaigns, events, placements, synergies, associate programs, literature awards) and the creative team tasked with executing those joint initiatives. Maintain oversight to guarantee cohesive brand messaging and implementation.Collaborate on the creation of localized global brand assets, helping to validate the accurate application of approved messaging and tracking the completion of required deliverables.Gather, analyze, and synthesize key project information from cross-functional teams, to support insightful progress reports for stakeholders.Manage the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of memorable, brand-elevating marketing events and experiences that organically amplify Audible brand and content in Brazil.Update the centralized regional calendar, properly tracking marketing campaigns, content releases, and project timelines.Support the co-creation of opportunistic assets and programs, such as the development of category education-focused campaigns for emerging markets, as well as supporting the adaptation of successful cases from one across the region.ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
