Summary
Job Responsibilities- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.- Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans to track progress.- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering Graduation)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver project objectives.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both formal and informal settings.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes.- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership (HMH and customer organization)- Good ability to build and use a MS Project schedule to effectively manage work scope- Good working knowledge of SAP.- PMP certification is a differential- Good ability to identify risks and develop robust mitigation strategies- Excellent skills adhering to project cost budget (cost to date, cost to go, estimate at completion)
