Position Summary
Deliver best practices in Leadership Learning Programs and Cross-functional Programs in the region. Deliver innovation in Learning & Development approaches, including methodologies of adult learning. Support the region in implementing and promoting the lifelong learning approach and digital skills. Deploy global and regional learning experiences to develop the Nestlé Leadership Framework and Transferrable Skills across the region.
A day in the life...
1. Coordinate and deliver diverse programs from the global and regional catalogue across LATAM according to the regional demand and aligned to the agreed plan. Collaborate with the Global L&D Team to achieve continuous improvements and best practices.
2. Design and deploy Regional Team Effectiveness and Team Coaching Sessions for Mancom Teams and N-1 Teams according to teams' needs, liaising with local Talent Teams and local HR BPs to better translate the development team's needs into development sessions.
3. Deliver standards, frameworks, tools, methodology, and TTTs for developing new leadership and cross-functional programs tailored to the markets, covering regional needs. Act as an expert consultant on Learning & Development for local needs.
4. Create and co-create technological solutions to support the development of Learning & Development skills across LATAM, ensuring massive impact and high-quality standards.
5. Manage regional vendor relationships to provide cost efficiency and quality provision to markets.
What will make you successful
1. Masters Level education or equivalent. Strong facilitation skills, coaching, leadership best practices, and learning methodologies. Strong knowledge of learning & development global and regional trends.
2. Leadership and exposure in all parts of the HR function (e.g., CoC, CoS, HRBP).
3. Experience working within a matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration.
4. Strong stakeholder management experience at the highest organizational levels. Experience and comfort leading projects in cross-functional and geographical teams.
5. Working knowledge and experience in team coaching methods and approaches to problem-solving in teams would be a plus. Experience in sharing and enabling capability development in coaching and leadership skills.
6. Core knowledge of the Nestlé Leadership Framework and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility.
7. Utilize technology as an enabler and facilitator.
8. Fluent English is required, as well as Spanish or Portuguese (one of them).
