**Overview**
A Program Manager within the MBS Managed Integration Services - Delivery team works with global leaders and key stakeholders to standardize, maintain and deliver MBS-MIS Services globally.
Successful Individuals in this role use communication, change management, and stakeholder management to help deliver and maintain key MBS Managed Integration Serivces projects and initiatives.
**Some Examples of what a Project Manager in the role might do include the following**:
- Work on projects to create, organize, and standardize knowledge frameworks repositories, like KCS (Knowledge Centered Service) and Wiki.
- Deliver and organize training for key initiatives
- Participate in projects to migrate Concur to SAP tools
- Manage daily maintenance tasks like Wiki Updates and Pager Duty Scheduling
**Qualifications**
- Strong technology aptitude that enables conversations at all levels of the
product and technology organization.
- Familiar with standard workplace and project tracking tools (O365,
Microsoft Project, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), conferencing tools, etc.)
- Strong 1-on-1 and group-based communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability for navigating change and unknown situations.
- Able to persevere through potentially contentious situations in a
professional, courteous and encouraging manner.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across
various geographies.
- Able to internalize the SAP Concur core values and consistently
demonstrate them to both the team and other business partners.
Preferred experience: familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, O365, Slack, Skype and/or Zoom.
