Technical Support Engineer I Role Summary
This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers utilizing Accruent's Enterprise Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal and external customers to troubleshoot, document, identify root cause, and resolve technical issues
* Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers for further assistance
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technical stack, including hardware, software, and network configurations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
