The Role:
* Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.
* Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.
* Drive sales by generating leads
* Analyse competitors and create regional market strategies.
* Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
* Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.
1. The Person:
* Experience in key account management or sales within energy or related sectors
* Knowledge of HVDC/HVAC offshore projects
* Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans
* Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis
* Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial)
