Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
* Design and implement ServiceNow configurations, integrating multiple modules and workflows.
* Develop and maintain knowledge-sharing resources, including documentation, training materials, and best practices.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow product developments.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, implementation, or administration.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and customization.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
