As a Business Advisory Specialist, you will play a key role in understanding the business needs and opportunities of brokers, helping them grow and achieve exceptional results.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brokers, with accountability for their success.

- Consistently meet and exceed your portfolio targets and success metrics;
- Conduct analysis and bring insights on each brokers performance, using dashboards and other data tools provided;
- Develop a strong understanding of QuintoAndar tools, processes and value proposition and reinforce it regularly with brokers and their agents;
- Coach brokers and agents on supply acquisition and conversion strategies;
- Build and establish a trust-based relationship with brokers owners, internal teams and agents, and drive adoption of Rede QuintoAndar processes and products;
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with brokers to assess their operations, manage the relationship and drive results up;
- Facilitate and oversee the execution of tests and discoveries with the brokers in your wallet, as needed;
- Acquire domain expertise in real estate trends and overall landscape of your the market;

**Requirements**:
- Possess a completed degree (regardless of the field, all backgrounds are welcome);
- Have a minimum 5 years work experience, preferably in business, consultancy, and/or strategic sales roles;
- Be self-sufficient and resourceful, having a proven track record operating successfully in an autonomous work environment;
- Be inherently driven to achieve excellence, consistently surpassing targets and performing at a top level month after month;
- Have an accurate business sense and be capable of running in-depth analysis over your portfolio of brokers performance and design actionable insights and winning strategies, autonomously;
