Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various channels, bringing campaigns and product growth features to life. While data analysis is important, this role emphasizes execution. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, and CX teams to turn insights into impact.
We have solid engagement metrics and the bottleneck we currently face is user acquisition. Experience in making B2C products grow is highly appreciated, as well as out of the box thinking that can help us differentiate in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth Strategy: Lead the implementation of growth strategies, taking ownership of specific initiatives from ideation through execution and iteration.
* Campaign Management: Design, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns (e.g., performance marketing, content, creators, community engagement, referrals).
* Experimentation & Optimization: Drive a culture of experimentation by executing growth experiments focused on improving key funnels.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of growth initiatives, using data to inform optimizations and report on progress towards KPIs. While deep analysis is valuable, the focus is on actionable insights for immediate execution.
* Channel Exploration: Identify, test, and scale new growth channels and opportunities relevant to the DeFi and crypto space.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a growth-focused role, ideally within a tech startup, fintech, or crypto environment.
* Hands-on experience with key growth channels such as performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, community building, or partnerships.
* Expertise leveraging data to solve problems and make decisions.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
* Deep expertise in user acquisition in a heavily competitive B2C market
* Out of the box thinking, track record of creating novel solutions to problems
* A strong interest in and solid understanding of the DeFi / crypto / wallet space.
* Proficiency beyond basic analytics (automation tools, Python, …).
