Job Description
We are looking for a Jr Sales Manager, with passion and the vital knowledge to collaborate and contribute within our Internal/Field Sales Team in Belém and Manaus, aggregating with the values of Leading, Selling, Winning.
In sales, we can have two types of performance:
FIELD (External Performance):
* Promote, develop, and maintain a productive long-term relationship with your client and be the link between them and internal teams.
* Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements aligned with the applied knowledge of buyers, categories, and the market.
* Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and innovations through the execution of marketing strategies and messages, working together with internal areas.
* Prepare forecast of volumes, plans and metrics for analysis of Sales data.
* Financial planning for customer payment.
SALES STRATEGY (Internal performance):
* Develop strategies for the business related to scaled needs, to generate insights into behavior, trends, correlations, and suggestion of action plans when necessary.
* Acquire a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of the channel/category aligned with the applied knowledge of the main stakeholders in the market (shoppers, consumers, GTM players, store owners and second sales force).
* Make trade strategies and sales fundamentals for a channel/brand.
* Prepare volume forecasting and financial planning according to the metrics and general objectives of the Company / Channel / brand.
* Translate and communicate internal strategies into commercial plans and initiatives.
* Maintain the relationship and be the bridge between field and internal team.

Job Qualifications
* Complete higher education.
* Previous experience in Sales considering active relationship with customers. (Differential: having managed competitive advantage vs. competition).
* Advanced English.
* Intermediate/advanced Office suite (in particular Excel).
* Desirable knowledge in Power BI and Knime.
* Active Driver's License.
* Reside in the place of vacancy or have availability for change.
* Mobility to move within Brazil throughout your career.
