**Responsabilities**:
- Lead and manage the D&E area;
- Identify, plan, implement and resource D&E processes;
- Lead / drive the D&E initiatives and resources to ensure high-quality deliverables;
- Identify, align and escalate key D&E risks to relevant stakeholders;
- Provide clear and concise status updates to key stakeholders;
- Review, align, consolidate and clearly communicate key D&E deliverables and implications to relevant stakeholders;
- Identify, plan, implement stakeholder engagement tools, including maps, plans and grievance mechanisms;
- Develop and implement a process for validation, approval and communication of the deliverables emerging from the D&E initiatives;
- Identify, align and implement tools to consolidate and share knowledge within and with other areas;
- Design, align and implement initiatives to mitigate conflicts with communities;
- Develop and manage partnerships in local, regional and national levels;
- Support the External Affairs area in managing relations with local and regional public authorities;
- Support other areas in delivering on the broader Sustainability objectives;
- Identify, plan and implement indicators to measure performance and impact;
- Lead the implementation of a B&A Human Rights agenda;
- Run Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) processes, including impact assessment, action plans development, monitoring/measurements, and communication strategies (HRDD disclosures);
- Support the Communication area in implementing the Human Rights Communication Plan;
- Keep B&A updated with national/international normative on Human Rights policies;
- Develop and deliver broad in-house training on Human Rights related aspects;
- Support the Supply Chain area in procuring and developing a portfolio of suppliers with low risk in Human Rights aspects;
- Support Risk Management area in defining key risks to people;
- Support Risk Management area in defining risks for business on Human Rights related issues;
- Lead national and international associations related to Human Rights;
- Run the Human Rights Working Group and the Human Rights Steering Committee demands and agenda;
- Lead Human Rights related aspects on certification processes;
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Social Science disciplines;
- Relevant qualification in team management;
- Solid knowledge on Business and Human Rights related aspects (experience on the theme will be considered a plus).
