What makes you a strong candidate:
* You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and Business development.
* You are proficient in CRM tools, Cloud computing, negotiation, and sales closing.
* English -Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
As a Sales Hunter, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales with a focus on Managed IT Services. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional with a strong track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the IT industry.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
* Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to understand their IT needs and challenges.
* Present and demonstrate the value of Abacus IT’s services, including Managed IT Services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and more.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
* Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and stay current on market trends.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Sales Hunter, Business Development Representative, or similar role in the IT services industry.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
* Strong understanding of Managed IT Services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at all levels.
* Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a passion for sales.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
