**What you'll do**
The User Experience Designer should have a strong design mindset with compelling hands-on design skill, to deliver delightful experiences to enterprise customers. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Design sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and written specs to communicate design concepts to engineering.
- Collaborate with other designers to detail design patterns and standard methodologies.
- Engage with users to validate design solutions and conduct usability testing, incorporating results into your design process.
- Review product builds and collaborate with product partners throughout the product cycle.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver solutions to customers.
- Actively contribute to product brainstorming and design sessions.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to produce insights and inform your designs.
- Participate in user research efforts to improve the usability of our products.
- Develop storytelling skills to present and advocate for your designs.
- Practice facilitating effective design sprints and feedback sessions.
**Requirements**:
We are looking for a mid-level designer who can challenge the status quo and stay curious. You enjoy working on global products and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in HCI, Information Science, Industrial Design, UX Design, Product Design, or similar field.
- You have used Figma to build countless prototypes with rich interactivity.
- Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles
- Verification of user interface designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing with end users
- Experience working with development and product owners design products.
- (preferred) Experience working with Agile/Lean UX methodologies.
- Experience crafting user research plans and executing them.
- You lean towards a collaborative approach with other team members and seek to build bridges with other teams.
- You serve as a model for user-centered thinking and encourage other teams to adopt this approach.
- You are passionate about interaction design and empathetic towards end-users.
- You are not afraid to ask questions, push the boundaries of our current UX, and champion new ways of working.
- You are not afraid to wear multiple hats and work in situations of ambiguity.
- You love to share learning resources and opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication in English.
