Act as the company's liaison with civil and military aeronautical authorities, as well as certifying bodies, the parent company and trade bodies, through periodic meetings and other means of interaction, in order to promote the company's capabilities and effectively identify the points of contact for dealing with various issues in these authorities.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its adequacy to achieve compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Official Aeronautical Certification Bodies and with Airbus Helicopters guidelines and procedures.
Encouraging continuous improvement of the QMS, promoting the implementation of corrective, preventive and improvement actions to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of processes.
Manage the audits and certifications of Official and Certifying Bodies, Airbus Helicopters, Suppliers, Authorized Service Centers, Customers and internal audits, through the execution, monitoring and analysis of the results, in order to identify needs for changes, improvements or the scope of certification of production, maintenance and services.
Ensuring the execution of production and maintenance product/aircraft inspection services, by training the team, distributing resources and monitoring the teams in carrying out the activities, with the aim of ensuring product/service compliance within the expected timeframe.
Promoting the conformity of the products/services purchased through the process of developing and qualifying suppliers and dealing with non-conformities in the products or services purchased, ensuring quality in the supply to Helibras and its Customers.
Ensuring the management of the Chemical Laboratory by providing the means and resources to comply with procedures, in order to carry out physical-chemical analysis of products and production facilities, flammability tests and the operation of the Industrial Effluent Treatment Plant, in accordance with applicable requirements.
Managing non-compliant material, ensuring that it is properly segregated, disposed of, treated and discarded in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements, in order to launch corrective actions to minimize the recurrence of deviations and also to avoid the inadvertent use of these materials.
Manage the people qualification process, formalizing the qualification requirements, the scope of action and the deadlines for requalification, in order to show that the qualification requirements are met.
Instilling in their team a spirit of process improvement, safety and technological development, supporting research, development and innovation initiatives related to the sector under their leadership.
Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or related areas.
Solid experience in the role and with team management.
Training as a Lead Auditor in applicable standards (ISO 9001/AS 9100) desirable.
Knowledge of military (Army, Navy and Air Force) and ANAC certifications desirable, preferably RBAC 145, 142, 65 and 21.
Proficiency in English (will be assessed at interview).
French desirable.
