Degree Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
* Prior Experience: Provided evidence of experience gained working with HR sub-processes such as Recruitment & Onboarding during the past 5 years, OR Participated in an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC;
o Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors
o Able to adapt to and leverage cultural differences when assessing processes
o Hands-on approach and strong team player
o Initiative-taking, confidence, and structured work style
o Identify risks related to functional solutions from a Business Analysis perspective and propose changes in business processes, IT implementations, and/or operations when necessary
o Able to propose solutions to problems/risks
o Fluent in English
