US-based law firm seeks an entry-level Data and Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves a mix of IT support, data analysis, help desk assistance, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for providing technical support, analyzing data for business insights, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
* Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and support tools.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn and grow in IT and data analysis fields.
* Basic SQL knowledge or experience with CRM systems.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
IT Support & Help Desk
* Provide technical assistance to employees and clients (hardware, software, network issues).
* Respond to IT support tickets and resolve technical problems efficiently.
* Install, configure, and maintain software and systems.
* Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
* Assist with basic cybersecurity measures and data protection best practices.
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights and reports.
* Assist in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel or Power BI.
* Monitor system performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Support data entry and database maintenance.
Administrative & Operational Support
* Manage and update documentation, including IT manuals, troubleshooting guides, and policies.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and tech-related initiatives.
* Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
