We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and policies.
* Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
* Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
* B2/C2 Portuguese Language
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
* Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if needed.
