Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Line of Business (LoB) Profit and Loss (P&L) in Argentina.
* Manage the LoB pipeline and sales opportunities by collaborating closely with business leaders, LoB heads, the Lead Client Relationship Director, other geographic or regional heads, and industry leaders.
* Oversee geographic or regional marketing initiatives.
* Promote the geographic value proposition and drive product development.
* Lead and develop the geographic LoB team, while being accountable for all talent within the unit.
