Responsible for travel management, as well as take care of internal policies for flights, hotels and rental cars;
Provide assistance to the president and directors of the region;
Perform administrative tasks: schedule and monitor meetings, prepare presentations and reports, control agendas, organize documents, reimbursements and payments;
Organize events, contact suppliers, payments and account control;
Welcome visitors and organize executive participation in global events with AKW;
Provide support to diverse demands in the area.
**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:
Experience with SUPPORTING managers and executives;
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, International Relations or related areas;
Desirable postgraduate degree;
Fluent English and intermediate Spanish;
Oral and written ability to create reports in Portuguese and English;
Live in Campinas/SP region.
