Account Executive Tier II– Eastern Region USA & Canada
Salary: $100K-110K Base Salary
Total On Target Earnings: $120-$130+K

Our client is a privately held premier OSS software developer with headquarters in Toronto, Ontario. Their client list is global with Tier I and II communication service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Managing existing positive relationships with senior management and key decision-makers in multiple customer organizations.
Attainment of assigned revenue targets, customer satisfaction objectives, and other objectives as assigned.
Overall accountability for the assigned customer relationships and all related customer activities (“CEO of the Account”).
Prospecting and developing the accounts within their respective assignment.
Positioning, selling, and educating all levels of customer within multiple customer organizations.
Managing the tactical account plan execution processes within the account and coordination of the necessary resources required to optimize the success rate related to a new sale within the account.
Demonstrating a clear understanding of client requirements, barriers, organizational political boundaries, decision-making processes, and technical influencing processes.
Development of specific account strategies and tactical account plans to meet revenue, customer satisfaction objectives, and other objectives as assigned.
Arranging meetings, presentations, and lab trials with key decision-making personnel at multiple levels and within multiple organizations in the assigned accounts.
Engaging appropriate Internal Company resources and managing specific opportunities through the Company Sales Engagement Model.
