The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns align with company objectives and reach our target audience. The salary range is 800 USD to 1,000 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority.

Organize and coordinate marketing activities and campaigns. Utilize CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and track marketing marketing efforts. Strong verbal and written communication skills, always articulating the correct details according to the audience. Analyze Google Analytics data to monitor and improve website performance. Monitor and improve SEO performance to drive organic traffic and improve rankings. Work with the team to track leads according to marketing channels and make improvements. Manage content and schedule publications, ability to write social media copy, monthly newsletters, presentations and other collateral materials. Monthly newsletters, presentations and other collateral materials as needed. Understanding of traditional, digital and content marketing. Ability to work with UX / Web team to make improvements / changes to the website. Collaborate with multiple teams to produce high quality blog content. Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive marketing materials. Execute new marketing initiatives. Requirements: Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar marketing role. Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Google Ads and PPC campaigns to work with the PPC contractor. Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot. Analytical skills with a good understanding of Google Analytics to interpret data. Knowledge of SEO best practices to work with the SEO contractor. Ability to create detailed reports based on marketing data. Experience in email marketing, creating blogs and newsletters.
